EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota - Crookston. From there I continued my education at Globe College where I graduated in massage therapy. As a commitment to my craft, I passed the board exam earning a National certification which requires me to always be receiving continuing education. Lastone (hot stone) therapy, Oncology Massage, and Thai Yoga are an example of the few workshops I've attended.

INTERESTS + ABOUT ME
Whether it's soothing stones or Swedish techniques that melt away tension, improve circulation, balance body chemistry and improve muscle tone, or deep tissue lengthening and stretching for your muscles, we will design a massage to address your specific needs. I am also available to awaken various systems through reflexology points in the hands and feet. Whatever your service entails, we will customize based on your needs, all while incorporating various Aveda skincare products and aromatherapy.

The techniques we offer include Swedish, Reflexology, Chakra, Aromatherapy, Pre-natal, Post-natal, Trigger Point, Cross Fiber, Stress Fix, and Acupressure. We also offer additional treatments that can be added on to your 60, 90, or 120 minute massage for an additional $10 including hot stone, pure oil, exfoliation, and Caribbean.
