EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE
I am constantly growing as an artist through technical classes with industry-leading hairdressers, including Antoinette Beenders, Jon Reyman, and Joel Gunderson. I began my education in cosmetology at the Aveda Institute and continued on to the Juut New Artist Academy for advanced training. Before my life as a hairdresser, I studied classical saxophone at Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York, and acquired my B.A. in philosophy from the University of Minnesota.

I absolutely adore cutting short shapes on women, from polished and professional to edgy and wild! As a short-haired girl, I understand how to keep your short style looking feminine and modern. I also love working with naturally curly hair, cutting classic bobs, and creating texture and movement in long hair. I enjoy customizing each haircut to match your personality, lifestyle, hair texture, and face shape. I am skilled at transitioning hair from short to long during the grow-out process. I can help you avoid the “awkward” phase by creating fashionable mid-length cuts and teaching you new ways to style your longer hair.
