Each of our Juut Eyelash Extension Specialists is certified and has completed the required Professional Eyelash Extensions Training required by Lavish Lashes, in addition to Juut’s own extensive follow-up training.

How much do Eyelash Extensions cost?
The consultation is the key to individual pricing. Our specialists will educate you on all the various options that you have with eyelash extensions. During the consultation we will customize the service to meet your specific needs.

How do I remove my Eyelash Extensions?
The eyelash extensions require professional removal by your specialist. This is based on an hourly fee per designer. Removal can take anywhere from 1 to 2 hours based on the number of extensions and the maintenance and care during the wear of the eyelash extensions.

What about Eyelash Tinting?
An eyelash tinting service may be required to complete the eyelash extension service. If needed, it is to blend the extensions with your natural hair and create a beautiful, natural looking style. The eyelash tint is not included in the quoted price for the eyelash extension service. If you tint your eyelashes, it is important that you have this done 48 hours prior to the application of you extensions. JUUT SalonSpa is not responsible for extension longevity if a chemical service is performed on your eyelash extensions.

How long does the service take?
Your Eyelash Extensions Specialist will inform you as to the length of the time the process will take. Please schedule your day to account for extra time, if needed. Once the service begins, we want you to be comfortable. Thus, please wear clothing to insure that you are relaxed throughout the service. It is not recommended to drink caffeinated beverages before your service because it sometimes causes the eyes to twitch, which can affect the eyelash extension application.

Can I wear contact lenses during the service?
Contact lenses CANNOT be worn during the eyelash extension service. Either bring supplies with you to remove and store contacts during the service application time, or choose to wear eyeglasses instead.

How long will my Eyelash Extensions last?
Eyelashes shed normally. Many factors can effect how long your eyelash extensions will last. Eyelash extensions are semi-permanent, lasting 2-6 weeks depending on the life cycle of your own natural lashes and other factors. Like your nails and the hair on your head, your individual eyelashes grow out on a continuous cycle of replenishment. Though the average cycle of a single lash is about 90 days, factors such as your eyelash characteristics, lifestyle, and general care of your lashes can affect how long an individual lash extension will last.

Do you have tips on prolonging my Eyelash Extensions?
To prolong the life of your lashes and encourage their growth, use Aveda Pure Comfort Eye Makeup Remover with the Aveda Shammy Clothe and gently pat dry.

When do I need to come in for a touchup?
After receiving your first 7-10 day lash ‘check-up’ following your initial Eyelash Extension application, we recommend you come back for maintenance eyelash extension appointments every 2-4 weeks to replace any outgrown lashes.

How do I care for my Eyelash Extensions?
Eyelash extensions need minimal care. It is necessary to avoid oil based eye products, as these will loosen the bond of your eyelash extensions. Avoid getting you eyelashes wet within the first 24 hours after your eyelash extension application. It is best to avoid swimming, saunas or steam rooms for the first two days after the eyelash extension application. If you experience any itching or irritation, contact you eyelash professional immediately. You may be allergic to the eyelash extensions and need to have them removed. Do not pick, pull or rub your eyelash extensions.

Can I still use mascara?
Avoid using waterproof mascara. We recommend only using Aveda Mosscara for you eyelash extensions. For best results, apply Aveda Mosscara only to the tips of the lashes.

Can I use and eyelash curler or tint my lashes?
Do not use an eyelash curler, perm, or tint over your eyelash extensions.

How do I schedule an appointment for Eyelash Extensions?
You must first schedule an appointment for a complimentary consultation with a Juut Eyelash Extensions Specialist to determine if you are a fit for the service. This is required prior to booking the service.

Payment Terms
You are required to pay for one half of the total quoted price of the service at the time of the consultation when booking the appointment. A credit card number will be taken for the balance of the service in the event that you cancel the service less than 48 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the appointment will be fully refunded.
