What is a Groupon?
On May 13, 2013, Juut Salonspa partnered with Groupon, a site that offers daily deals in the Twin Cities. The Juut Salonspa Groupon is for sale from May 13, 2013 to May 15, 2013 (or until it is sold out) and valid until August 19, 2013.
Where can I use my Juut Groupon?
The Juut Groupon is valid at all Juut locations with the exception of our New Artists Academy in Uptown Minneapolis as well as our Palo Alto location.
What type of service can I use my Groupon for?
Your Juut Groupon is valid for $42 towards any new hair service that Juut offers with the exception of all spa services. The hair service must also be a NEW service for you and/or a service that you have NOT experienced at Juut in the past 12 months. When you call to make your appointment, we can help you look up your service history to see which services qualify. Also, since the Groupon is valid for $42, you may either choose a service that is at that price point or use it toward a service at a higher price point. If you use it toward a lower-priced service, please note that no change will be given. The Groupon is not valid for products or gift cards. Please mention that you have a Groupon at the time of booking your service and be sure to bring your Groupon to your appointment for redemption to receive your discount.
Can I use my Groupon towards tax or gratuity?
No. The Groupon may be used towards a new service, but may not be applied towards tax, gratuity, products, or gift cards.
What is considered a "new" service?
At Juut, we consider a "new" service a specific service that you have not experienced in the past 12 months at ANY of our Juut locations. Example 1: If you used to get your haircut at Juut 2 years ago but stopped seeing us, you may use your Groupon towards a haircut. Example 2: If you regularly get your hair cut at Juut in Edina, scheduling a haircut at Juut in Roseville does NOT qualify as a new service.
More examples:
-If you have had a haircut in the past year, a blowout would be considered a new service
What happens if the service is less than $42?
We cannot give change with your Groupon. If your service is less than $42, you will surrender the remaining balance and receive no cash value or store credit as change.
Do I have to make an appointment?
Yes, you must make an appointment. You may call 651.332.4438 to schedule. There are no restrictions on days or times for the appointment, as long as we have appointments available.
Can I show the Groupon on my mobile phone or should I print it out?
Either way works for us. Groupon will email you a link that will create your printable Groupon or you may show us the PIN from your mobile phone/email inbox. You must present either the printed Groupon or your mobile phone at the time of your Juut appointment to use the Groupon. If you do not have your Groupon, you will need to pay full price for your appointment and reschedule another new appointment for a future date.
When does the Groupon expire?
You must use your Juut Groupon on or before August 19, 2013 when the Groupon expires. We encourage you to call as soon as you can to reserve your appointment so that we may accommodate you on the date and time most convenient for you. Once a Groupon reaches its expiration date, it loses its promotional value. At that time the Groupon is redeemable at $20, the price you paid for it. The $20 price point is valid until 2017 according to gift certificate laws in the State of Minnesota.
I have another discount offer at Juut. Can I combine it with my Groupon?
No. Groupon is not valid with any other discounts.
Can I buy more than one Groupon?
No. You may only buy one Groupon. You may choose to give it to a friend, but you are only allowed to buy one. Also, only one Groupon can be used per visit.
