Downtown Minneapolis PARKING

The Gaviidae Common ramp is located on the south side of 6th Street, turning midblock between Nicollet and Marquette. We offer one hour of parking validation ($15 value) if you spend over $100 Monday through Friday, entering the ramp before 4 PM. If you enter the ramp after 4 PM Monday through Friday or any time Saturday we will validate your full parking with a $50 purchase.
